John McRae normally hates to impinge on the valuable time of his clients to ask for testimonials. However as part of a recent application to enter an elite consultants' register he was requested to provide client references. These were to be from companies who had experienced the impact of John's marketing over a period of at least 5 years – a true way of evaluating how much a client rates the results of his services over a significant period of time.
At no time did John ask for any favourable comments from those approached and indeed he was unaware of the content of the testimonials until published.
